PROCESSING TIME: Building and preparing an order for shipping varies. Current processing times range from 2-6 weeks. Please see item details for processing time information.

SHIPPING: We provide free domestic shipping with tracking. International orders will have shipping calculated at the time of purchase and will be buyer responsibility. Rustic Ranch Creations is not responsible for carrier delays.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and become due upon package arrival to destination country. Returns or cancellations due to import duties/taxes are not accepted.
