We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Just contact us within: 24 hours of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 7 days of delivery (Returns due to import duties/taxes not accepted).
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase

Conditions of undamaged returns: Please pack items carefully. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs utilizing a carrier of their choice with tracking information and insurance. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed once the return is received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card to process funds. Return refunds will be total purchase price minus original outbound shipping costs of the item incurred by Rustic Ranch Creations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately regarding any issue or damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged during shipping, please forward photos of the damaged product and packaging to rusticranchcreations@yahoo.com along with a statement detailing the damages as soon as possible. Please do not discard any packaging as it may require inspection for insurance purposes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and personalized items are not eligible for return. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
